Don't Steal My Eggs Gamepasses: All 5 Passes, Prices and Effects
Compare all five Don't Steal My Eggs gamepasses — Auto Hatch, x2 Cash Gains, VIP, +2 and +4 Pet Slots — with Robux prices, stated effects and overlap notes.
Don't Steal My Eggs sells exactly five Game Passes, priced from 40 to 185 Robux: Auto Hatch, x2 Cash Gains, VIP, +2 Pet Slots and +4 Pet Slots. Each one is a permanent Robux purchase that changes a specific part of the game — hatching, Cash income, or how many pets you can have equipped. This guide compares what each pass states it does, how the benefits overlap if you buy several, and what is not a Game Pass, so you don't confuse the passes with the many other Robux products and free progression systems in the game.
The five Game Passes
The game's store listing has a dedicated Game Passes section with exactly five items, cheapest 40 and most expensive 185 Robux:
| Pass | Price | Stated effect |
|---|---|---|
| Auto Hatch | 40 Robux | Hatches eggs automatically (stated by the name) |
| x2 Cash Gains | 75 Robux | Doubles Cash gains (stated by the name) |
| VIP | 85 Robux | "x1.5 Cash, +1 Pet Slot & Unique Tag" — the only pass with written effect text |
| +2 Pet Slots | 95 Robux | Adds 2 pet slots (stated by the name) |
| +4 Pet Slots | 185 Robux | Adds 4 pet slots (stated by the name) |
One honesty note that matters for this comparison: VIP is the only pass whose store entry carries written effect text. The other four state their effect in their own names — hatching automatically, doubling Cash, or adding slots — and no longer in-game descriptions for them are documented. Everything below sticks to those stated effects.
These passes are a real, purchasable set, not just a store page. In one recorded playthrough, a player bought the entire lineup in a single session ("let's buy all the game passes. Okay, so all of them are unlocked") and kept playing with the full set equipped. So the passes can all be owned at the same time — though that session never shows a resulting cash rate or pet-slot total, which becomes important below.
What each pass changes
The five passes group naturally into three benefit types plus one bundle.
Hatching — Auto Hatch (40 Robux). In the base game, eggs you place hatch on visible timers. Auto Hatch is the only pass aimed at that system: its name says it hatches eggs automatically. No source spells out how it interacts with the hatching timers — for the hatching system itself, see the Don't Steal My Eggs hatching guide.
Cash — x2 Cash Gains (75 Robux) and VIP's x1.5 Cash. Two separate passes raise Cash income: the dedicated x2 Cash Gains pass, whose name states the doubling, and VIP, whose written text includes "x1.5 Cash". How those two boosts combine when you own both is covered in the next section. The underlying economy is explained in the Don't Steal My Eggs cash guide.
Pet slots — three sources. You can add equipped-pet capacity three ways: VIP's "+1 Pet Slot", the +2 Pet Slots pass (95 Robux), or the +4 Pet Slots pass (185 Robux). The +4 pass adds twice as many slots as the +2 pass for 185 versus 95 Robux. What no available source shows is the game's starting pet-slot count, so a grand total like "VIP + +2 + +4 = X slots" can't be verified — the pet slots guide covers the system itself.
VIP (85 Robux) — the multi-benefit bundle. VIP is the only pass that bundles several benefit types in one purchase: "x1.5 Cash, +1 Pet Slot & Unique Tag". The "Unique Tag" is not explained anywhere in the available material, so whether it is purely cosmetic or does something functional is unknown.
Do the boosts stack?
Here is what is established versus what is not — and this is the one place where the honest answer changes a buying decision.
Established: owning overlapping passes at once is genuinely possible, as the full-set purchase shows. A player who owns x2 Cash Gains and VIP holds two Cash boosts, and one who owns VIP plus both slot passes holds three pet-slot bonuses.
Not established: no source states how the two Cash multipliers combine — whether x2 and x1.5 multiply, add, or one overrides the other — and none documents the starting slot count the slot bonuses would add onto. No interaction involving Auto Hatch is documented either. The recorded full-set purchase never reports a combined cash rate or slot total afterward.
That means any specific combined figure you might see quoted elsewhere is a guess. If the combined result is what decides your purchase, check your in-game cash rate and pet-slot count after buying rather than trusting an arithmetic total.
What is not a Game Pass
The store's Game Passes section is bounded at exactly five items, and it's easy to mix other Robux spending into the list. The following purchases appear in gameplay footage but are not part of the pass lineup:
- Event pass — grants the Obsidian Golem for 320 Robux, sold as an event pass rather than a Game Pass.
- Exclusive packs — separate bundle purchases.
- Potions — cash, training and luck potions bought in tiers.
- Speed multipliers — 2x, 4x and "16 times speed" bought with Robux.
- Trails — bought as shop items.
One video's narrator also calls Robux speed boosts "game passes" and buys tiers named Time 64, Time 128, Time 256 and Time 512. None of those names appears in the current five-item listing, so they are kept out of the lineup here — whether they are separate products or former or limited passes is unverified.
Ordinary progression also gets confused with passes, but treadmills (bought with in-game currency and playtime rewards), rebirths and their multipliers, speed training, world upgrades bought with gems, and the trail shop are all base-game systems, not Game Passes.
Picking a pass by goal
Since a "best pass" ranking would depend on the undocumented stacking rule, the reliable way to choose is by which stated effect matches your goal:
- Want eggs hatching without waiting on timers? Auto Hatch is the only pass aimed at hatching, and at 40 Robux it's also the cheapest entry point.
- Want more Cash? x2 Cash Gains is the dedicated Cash pass at 75 Robux; VIP includes a smaller x1.5 boost plus two other perks for 85 Robux.
- Want more pets equipped? Choose between +2 Pet Slots (95 Robux), +4 Pet Slots (185 Robux), or VIP's single extra slot.
- Want several benefits in one purchase? VIP is the only multi-benefit bundle in the lineup.
Before spending Robux, it's also worth a quick check of the codes page — and if you'd rather understand the systems these passes modify before comparing price tags, start with the hatching, pet slots, or cash guides.
